About the Business
Premium ICT Services Plus (PICTS+) is owned and operated by Pernel Dacosta Smith. The Business was started on November 11, 2021 and aims at providing ICT services and solutions for individuals, small business and enterprises. PICTS+ also aims to bring training to persons of various age ranges, breaking down the stigma that, “I can’t do it” or “I am not good with technology”. PICTS+ will seek to procure hardware and software to suit your needs as well as provide an opportunity to purchase gadgets, ICT devices and paraphernalia. With approximately three (3) decades (1995 - Present) experience in Telecommunications, Networking and Systems Administration. Pernel is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Master of Sciences (MSc) degree in Computer Sciences. He is also a graduate of the University of Technology with a Bachelors of Sciences (BSc) degree in Computer Studies with Management (Hons). As a Senior Project Management Professional with over six years’ experience in Project Management (certified PMP), he is also a certified SCRUM Master (CSM), and a Certified ITIL v3 Professional. He is one who has a passion for helping others breaking down complex tasks into smaller more manageable components and providing cost effective solutions to them.
Pernel has a clear understanding of the ICT needs of individuals, small businesses and enterprises alike and is committed (Through Premuim ICT Services Plus) to providing Knowledge transfer, Consultancy, Procurement, Installation and Maintenance services to suit your need.
